Any recent orders you've made will be fulfilled and delivered as usual. Any new orders from today will be delivered from Cellarmasters by their national team of specialist wine couriers.

  Guaranteed 5-star quality
In 1988, Cellarmasters purchased the old Woodley Estate winery site in the Barossa Valley creating the benchmark Dorrien Estate winery. This established a base from which to help Australia's small-batch grape growers and winemakers create their own wines exclusively for Cellarmasters. Wines made at Dorrien Estate continue to win multiple awards, making Dorrien Estate Australia's leading small-batch winery, rated 5 red stars (the highest rating) in James Halliday's Australian Wine Companion.

What happens to my regular Wine on Time deliveries?
You'll be automatically upgraded to a Cellarmasters Wine Plan at a quality level that exceeds your Wine on Time deliveries with no price increase. You'll be emailed before each new delivery and can opt-out or cancel at any time. You'll receive detailed tasting notes in each case, plus the opportunity to purchase any of the wines at exclusive Wine Plan-only re-order prices.

How will my wine be delivered?
Cellarmasters own network of specialist wine couriers who will deliver to your home or office. In outlying or remote country areas, delivery will be made to the nearest agent's depot. You can also opt to Click & Collect your order from more than 480 BWS stores across Australia, with free delivery*.

How will I know where my order is?
You can trace your order every step of the way online. You'll receive an email or text message when it leaves the warehouse, and when it's been delivered.

  Is there a delivery charge?
Gold and VIP members will receive free delivery* for 12 months. All other orders will incur delivery charges per case, starting at just $6.95 per case. There's also a handling fee per case – $1.20 for metro areas or $1.40 for regional areas – this covers picking, packing and guarantees full replacement in the event of theft or loss in transit. See cellarmasters.com.au/delivery

  How long does delivery take?
All wine is delivered from our cellars in the Barossa Valley, South Australia. Most metropolitan deliveries will often occur within 5 days, up to maximum 10 days to capital cities. Deliveries elsewhere will take a maximum 16 days. You can keep track of your orders online in the My Account section of cellarmasters.com.au

  Who owns Cellarmasters?
Cellarmasters is part of the Endeavour Drinks Group, which is owned by Woolworths.   What if I don't like a wine?
Cellarmasters offers a 100% Money Back Guarantee on every wine within its recommended drink-by date.   No, there is no minimum order requirement, and there's no obligation to buy to remain a Cellarmasters customer. The choice is always yours.

Can I mix my own dozens?
No, one of the reasons that Cellarmasters can offer you the best value is by only selling pre-mixed dozens or single cases. Case composition can be 12 bottles, 14 bottles, 6 bottles or one and two-bottle gift packs. Visit cellarmasters.com.au to view the range.

  Can I buy 16-bottle or 17-bottle cases?
Due to occupational health and safety regulations regarding case weight restrictions, the maximum number of bottles we can send in one case is 14 bottles.

As a VIP customer, will I still get a free bottle of wine?
One of the ways Cellarmasters brings you good value is by offering predominantly pre-mixed dozens or individual cases. As part of these offers, from time to time you will receive offers that will occasionally include free bottles of wine.
