Steve Wiblin's Erin Eyes 'Emerald Isle' Riesling 2017Strong citrus characters of lime and lemon with riper peach and pears. A full mid palate and great mineral finish and lifted by natural acid gives a generous drinking Riesling. Strong lime and lemon flavours to start and a full mid palate with a great mineral and soft acid finish.

Zilzie Regional Collection Pinot Gris 2017Fruit selected from the Adelaide Hills region was night harvested to retain maximum fruit flavour and gently pressed to avoid the transfer of any harsh tannins. A portion of the wine was fermented in oak to add spice and complexity; this was further matured in contact with the yeast lees to build structure and layers of interest.

Franklin Tate Alexanders Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2017The Alexanders Reserve is named after the Tate vineyard (and patriarch of the Tate clan). All the wines in the Alexanders Vineyard range represent the purest expression of what premium Margaret River winemaking is all about including this vibrant Sav Blanc with notes of fresh lime, lemongrass and dried herb spice.

Stefano de Pieri Fleurieu VermentinoVermentino is a white grape most often found in Italian wine. In a relatively short time, it's made Australia its second home. This one from Stefano de Pieri shows just how perfectly suited it is to the Australian climate. Serve it next time fresh seafood is on the menu.

Dandelion Honeypot Barossa Roussanne 2017Award wining winemaker Elena Brooks is the Chief Winemaker and CEO of Dandelion Vineyards, the wine company she created, and it took just 10 released vintages to catapult the winery into critical acclaim. With wines like this fresh, textural Barossa Rousanne it's no wonder! Full of juicy Nashi pear, honeydew melon and lemon sherbet flavours, it can be enjoyed with an amazing array of foods or is wonderful by itself.

Heirloom Vineyards Eden Valley Riesling 2016"Eden Valley riesling as quintessential as it could be. Aromas of lemon, grapefruit, honeysuckle and beeswax. Characteristically, it's still a little stern on the palate. It tastes of the place it's from. The citrus flavours are muted, but the underlying depth is evident, the slatey acidity guiding it along.
