Paradox Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2017Nose: Bright Awatere greens - fresh herb, cut grass and seabreeze notes with hints of jalapeno and mussel shell. Palate: Good fresh acid line with a full, fleshy entry and lots of fresh-fruit flavours with a juicy, salivating finish and a lick of minerality. Food: Salmon & Potato Salad with Radicchio.
