Tolley Wines, established in 1892, was an old, family owned and operated winery of considerable size. Despite recent changes in ownership it is widely regarded for the sheer consistency of the quality of its wines, with the prices being just as appealing. The Cellar Reserve range provides value for money Chardonnay, Riesling and Shiraz Cabernet, whilst the Barossa range specialises in the classic Barossa varietals - Semillon, Chardonnay and Shiraz. The old Tolley winery has been transformed into a $3 million, 1100sq m, five-bedroom dream home with a giant party room in the old grape crushing house.
