This wine is innovative in more ways than one. Firstly, the coloured square on the label is printed with special thermal ink, which changes colour as the wine changes temperature. Match it to the colour on the back of the label to enjoy the wine at the perfect drinking temperature. Winner of White Winemaker of the Year at the 2009 London International Wine Challenge, Neil McGuigan is creating a new style of wine by blending fruit from warm and cool regions.
