Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc

Steamed white fish with coriander and lime dressing.

Very pale with a youthful green rim.

Semillon aromas of grass and nectarine with a touch of lanolin from time spent on yeast lees. The Sauvignon aromas of lychee and passion fruit add lift and another fresh layer of aromatics.

Juicy and refreshing with lovely length of flavour. The palate weight highlights the benefits of blending these two varieties to achieve this style of white, for which Western Australia is renowned.

The history of Evans and Tate began in 1975, when John Evans and John Tate planted vineyards in Margaret River, Western Australia. The brand soon became synonymous with the region, winning awards and accolades around the world. Today, Evans & Tate is one of Western Australia's most recognised, loved wines. The exclusive 'Original' range offers exceptional quality and value.
