Coconut rice with chilli and lime prawns.

Pale straw with pale green hue.

Lifted lemon and lime peel scents and underlying floral and honeysuckle notes. The fruit is upfront and fresh, hinting at the intensity of the flavours within.

Crisp acidity adds a refreshing twist to this flavoursome yet delicate Riesling. Delightful sweet sherbet flavours add a tangy length to the finish. Refreshingly light and crisp with a dry finish, this is a delightful alternative to all the overly-tangy Sav Blancs on the market. Do your palate a favour! Sweeter Riesling.

The Riesling grape has produced some of the best white wines in Australia, with those from this area often leading the way. Situated high in the rugged eastern Barossa Ranges, the high altitude and cool climate allows a long slow grape ripening period, providing fruit with intense varietal character.
