This crisp, clean and delicate Clare Valley Riesling is an excellent example of the exceptional 2016 vintage. On the palate it has generous lime juice flavours and has great length. It's a tribute to the Dolan family vignerons of the late 1800s and early 1900s who, when not tending their vines, were keen rifleman.

Background

This Riesling is a tribute to our ancestors William and Thomas Dolan. These brothers were men of the Clare Valley, acclaimed vignerons and avid riflemen in the early 1900's. Sourced from a single vineyard in the Polish Hill River sub region on the eastern side of the Clare Valley.
