Fresh and expressive nose of lifted nose of white peach and green pear aromas with subtle floral highlights.

Palate

The palate is pure and fresh with intense flavours of apple, citrus and white flower carried by a mineral acid backbone on an impressively long dry finish.

Background

Sourced from higher altitude vineyards - east of Verona and north, within the DOC of Arcole. The fruit is picked early in the morning to preserve natural acidity and freshness. Hand harvested in the early morning to retain natural acidity. Primarily whole bunched pressed, aiming to limit skin contact and preserve elegance. Fermented in stainless steel with temperature control before maturation on lees to build texture and complexity.
