100% Chardonnay

Char-grilled crayfish tails with lime butter.

40% maturation in tank on lees for 4 months without malo-lactic fermentation and 60% barrel matured in 1 and 2 year old French oak.

Pale straw with green hues.

Fruit driven and expressive with aromas of citrus and stone fruit and a hint of creamy oak.

The palate is lively and fresh with elegant white peach flavours evolving towards melon and a rich and soft mouthfeel before fresh mineral acidity ensures a long dry finish.

As in much of Europe, 2015 was an outstanding vintage in the south of France. Le Jardin de Fleurs weaves the character and strengths of a number of individual regions to create a wine style truly expressive of the South of France - beautifully ripe and expressive whilst softly structured and easy to appreciate.
