Lifted tropical fruit with subtle citrus, peach and fig notes with creamy vanilla hints and scents of charred, toasty oak.

Palate

This medium-bodied Chardonnay shows lifted, juicy, fresh peach and stone fruit characters along with bright tropical fruit flavours. A nice seam of creamy, vanillin oak and crisp acids contributes length to the mouthwatering finish. Not suitable for vegans, milk and egg products used.

Background

In 1850, a young Thomas Hardy arrived in South Australia bringing with him a spirit of adventure and pioneering determination. His singular vision for exceptional wines saw him emerge as one of the most influential figures within the wine industry and to this day his inspiration and foresight stand as the hallmarks of the Hardys label.
