Joe and Christine Caudo's beautiful, historic property on the banks of the River Murray was once a rose farm. And that inspires the names of their wines. This Chardonnay is named after the 'Peace' rose (which has flowers that are light yellow to cream colour). It has crisp stone fruit and light melon notes with subtle oak.

Grilled chicken and salad.

Pale gold with green hues.

White peach, fresh melon and ripe tropical fruit aromas lifted by zesty floral characters. Very light, reflecting the care taken in the vineyard to achieve optimum fruit ripeness while maintaining good acidity.

Full flavoured with forward tropical fruit characters balanced by lively crisp acidity. It's a light, fresh style of Chardonnay that sits well with light food.

The Caudo's vineyards are found in the Riverland region in South Australia, an vital area for Australia's wine production and world wide reputation. This region is one that continuously contributes to our export success and world wide recognition for producing wines that are consistently at a high level of quality and most importantly affordable. This vineyard was once a successful rose farm, and the wines are named after the varieties that were grown there: Peace Chardonnay, Honor Shiraz, and Olympiad Merlot.
