Wine Region: Central Victoria
Alcohol: 11%
Nose: Fresh crisp pear.
Palate: Green apples, flesh of nashi pear. Clean, fresh acidity finishing with a soft mousse.
Food pairing: Great with fresh oysters
Wine Region: Hilltops
Alcohol: 14.5%
Nose: Spicy aromas of dark red berries, black pepper and plum fruit with subtle oak characters.
Palate: Flavours of dark plush plum fruits, spice and black pepper.
Food pairing: Beef Goulash and noodles.
Wine Region: Mt Benson
Alcohol: 12%
Nose: Lifted strawberry and blackberry notes.
Palate: Appealing ripe berry fruits on the palate with crisp acidity and mouth filling, delicate mousse flavours.
Food pairing: Perfect for a picnic, a casual Sunday lunch or with a Chinese banquet.
Wine Region: Limestone Coast
Alcohol: 11.5%
Nose: Ripe red berries, floral and rose petal notes.
Palate: Clean, well balanced fruity wine with good weight and length.
Food pairing: Enjoy with a fresh entree like Bruschetta or drink on its own.
Wine Region: King Valley
Alcohol: 12.5%
Nose: Lifted Pear and lychee.
Palate: Crisp apple and pear fruit, zippy acidity.
Food pairing: The perfect accompaniment for a creamy seafood pasta.
Wine Region: Tumbarumba
Alcohol: 12.5%
Nose: This Chardonnay shows citrus and peach characters with aromas of tropical fruits.
Palate: Vibrant flavours of citrus, lime and stonefruit. The palate is full with fine acidity and a long, crisp finish.
Food pairing: Butter chicken, cream-based pastas or roast organic chicken.
