Background

South Australia's Limestone Coast is beginning to encroach on Coonawarra's uniqueness. There is no doubt that Coonawarra is this areas most renowned but coming from behind Padthaway, Wrattonbully, Robe and Mt Benson are all proving to be worthy contenders to the heavyweight title. A cooler than average vintage has produced a wine of high quality. The fruit was left in contact with the juice for 24 hours to achieve the pale pink colour.
