Background

The Gallery Collection represents the music, arts and fashion Tomich loves and supports. These boutique wines are made in an easy-drinking style. Fresh and flavoursome, these handcrafted wines highlight the cool climate of the pristine Adelaide Hills, alongside select parcels from the best red wine regions of South Australia. The individual designs on each label reflect the inventive thinking and character of the Gallery Collection wines. 2015 experienced warm days, cool nights and no rain which meant that harvest was finished by the end of March, and the quality and yields of fruit were excellent. Despite the threat from January's bushfires, Adelaide Hills grape growers and winemakers are celebrating the best vintage in ten years with white and red wines showing the colours and flavours that only come after a long, dry summer and autumn. Handpicked from five separate parcels and blended to achieve optimum results. Stainless steel tank fermentation.
