Vintners Michael & Alisa Hart are custodians of the oldest 'certified organic' vineyard in the Barossa Valley. The 2016 vintage exudes strawberry and toffee apple flavours produced from early picked Shiraz grapes. Elegantly aged in French barriques, this is a seriously complex European style Rosé.

With ideal ripening conditions, the 2016 vintage exudes characteristics of strawberry and toffee apple. Brave and faithful is the Hart motto embodied by our first courageous ancestors, Johan and Johanne, who arrived in South Australia in 1845 with shared dreams of a fruitful life on the land.
