Vines have been cultivated on this estate since 1599. In the 1640s it belonged to Maître Jean Pérrin who was at the time Counsellor to King Louis XIV, a Knight and also Treasurer General of France. In 1918, the father of Jean Aubert (photo hereunder) acquired the twenty hectares of the estate situated on the commune of Pélissanne. A forest runs along 16 hectares of the vines where one is carried away by scents of pine, lavender, thyme, rosemary and the superb and abundant flora, changing with the seasons.
