Background

Clare Valley Shiraz from the Scobie Road vineyard was fermented for a week with its skins, gently pressed and racked prior to American oak ageing. After eighteen months of maturation, this parcel was fined, filtered and bottled. The Scobie Road vineyard is planted on the western high ridges of the Clare Valley.
