Partial maturation in new and seasoned French and American oak barrels.

Colour

Deep crimson, magenta at the rim.

Nose

Dark berry fruits plum and blackcurrent with notes of dried herb leaf and choc mint.

Palate

Round and seamless, with fleshy, dark berry fruits and some savoury notes, fine-grained tannins and integrated oak giving length of palate and structure.
