On the palate are bright fruit flavours, supported by oak and fine natural acidity. This wine is drinking beautifully in its youth.

Background

The fruit for this wine was harvested early, so before getting too ripe in flavour and sugars to ensure fine natural acidity remained in the resultant wine. A short fermentation period solely in stainless steel was followed by partial storage in second use French oak barrels and the remainder in stainless steel. Post maturation the was carefully blended with and bottled. Overall the wine saw minimal handling and intervention. Crafted solely to ensure crisp, fresh fruit flavours are maintained.
