Palate

A soft medium-to-full bodied red wine, filled with ripe plum and raspberry flavours, and accompanied by black pepper, aniseed spice with savoury notes of dried herbs. This wine has a fine tannin structure supporting the fresh plump sweet fruit and a fine acid and fruit balance. It finishes with the lingering flavours of raspberry and plum.
