This is a new joint venture between France's iconic M.Chapoutier and the legendary Giaconda Estate of Beechworth. Since 2007 they have used their complementary know-how and experience to produce a racy Shiraz on the specific granite soil of Beechworth in the foothills of the Victorian Alps. This new Shiraz wine has spice and black peppers flavours that reflect the expression of this granitic terroir. A firm tannic structure provides an exceptional length.
