Foods

Roast rack of lamb with seed mustard and rosemary crust.

Oak

Subtle use of oak.

Colour

Bright crimson red.

Nose

Aromas of juicy red cherries, subtle spicy notes and a hint of boiled raspberry lollies.

Palate

Rich flavoured wine with luscious berry fruit and spice characters. Cherry and fruit cake characters meld with well integrated oak, which adds further complexity. Medium bodied characters of the Shiraz are softened by the velvety and aromatic qualities of the Grenache. Soft tannins and a lingering finish complete this stylish, very more-ish wine.
