The palate is surprisingly rich and full with vibrant naturally sweet flavours exploding in the mouth before being reigned in by whole bunch grip and fresh acidity. Drinking brilliantly now or for the next couple of years.
What began as a yearly diversion for label designer Aaron Woods and marketer Nicholas Crampton has grown into a full time obsession. The ambition of Woods Crampton is to create unforced wines that showcase the quality of their fruit and tell the story of their vineyards. Minimal intervention winemaking follows to create elegant and expressive wine.
