Though it may seem an unlikely pairing, Pinot Noir and Shiraz have been blended together for about half a century now - and the result is a unique, exotic, scrumptious red. Made with grapes from the Hunter and Central Ranges, it's exceedingly stylish and elegant, with distinct flavours from both varieties coming together in harmony. Try it with some adventurous fare like roast quail and enjoy life outside the box!
