12 months oak maturation in 100% older French Oak Barrels.

Colour

Medium and bright ruby colour with hints of youthful purple.

Nose

Raspberry, cherry and red fruit characters dominate the nose and palate.

Palate

The medium weighted palate shows a depth of Shiraz, giving the wine some structure and it finishes with a spice note and rounded tannins displaying the Mataro influence.

Background

Grenache provides bright fruit and freshness as the base of the blend , Shiraz giving depth and structure, while the Mataro gives the wine a degree of spice and softness of palate.
