This wine takes its name from the historic Limestone Coast sandstone winery, which was originally built by John Riddoch as a woolshed long before vineyards were planted on the site. The second vintage took place in the Woolshed in 1896 when William Salter used the premises to craft wine, and since then this landmark building has been associated with fine wine.
