Palate

Medium bodied with the fruit aromas following onto the palate. Firm yet fine tannins from the skilfully used French oak and grape tannins add structure and complexity to this elegant wine. Lovely integrated oak and tannins giving great length to the finish.

While the Clare Valley is at the forefront of most wine connoisseurs for the sensational Riesling produced there, most knowledgeable wine consumers will also be aware of the sensational red wines produced from Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon.
