Background
This is a classic Cabernet Sauvignon from Hardys Cellar Collection range - flavoursome wines that continue to deliver on consistency and quality. An excellent year for red wines, resulting from a warm, dry summer season which provided ideal conditions for the growing and ripening of the grapes. Picking at optimum maturity has resulted in wines which display vibrant bright colours with ripe flavour profiles, rounded flavoursome palates and soft fine tannins. The wine is soft, easy-drinking and perfectly balanced with ripe fruit, integrated oak and ideally suited to lamb and beef dishes.
