We've been fans of Neil McGuigan's wines for years (he's from a successful winemaking family). His wines always express an amazing depth of flavour and capture all the characters of the grape that make a wine something special. This luscious Cab Merlot is a stunning red to pour anytime, and with all Neil's wines, it's great value.

In September 2009, Hunter Valley winemaker Neil McGuigan reached yet another pinnacle in his distinguished career when it was announced he'd won The White Winemaker of the Year at the London International Wine Challenge. To say this is quite an achievement is like saying scaling Everest is a nice day out! To add to this stunning achievement, Neil also won International Winemaker of the Year at the International Wine and Spirits Competition in London (IWSC). This trophy recognises the producer who has achieved the best results across their range of wines in the competition.
