Which BWS stores can I Pick up my order up from?

Can’t see your local store? Pick up is gradually being rolled out and more store locations will be added to the network in the coming months.

Are all products available for Pick up?

All products on cellarmasters.com.au are available for Pick up from selected BWS Stores, excluding Wine Reservations. Wine Reservation deliveries are only available for Home Delivery at this time.

Products from the BWS store range are not available to purchase from Cellarmasters but the store teams will be more than happy to assist when you Pick up your order.

What is the delivery charge for Pick up?

As an introductory offer, delivery for Pick up is free. A handling fee of $1.20 per case (metro) or $1.40 per case (regional) will apply.

How will I know when my order is ready to Pick up?

If we have your email and/or mobile phone number on file you will receive an email and/or text message when your order is ready to Pick up. You can also track your order in My Account.

Can someone else Pick up my order on my behalf?

No, only the person nominated by you at the time of order may pick it up. This person must bring a valid form of ID and be over 18 years.

What do I need to bring with me to Pick up my order?

Please bring a copy of your order confirmation with you. You must bring a valid form of ID and be over 18 years to Pick up your order.

Am I able to pay for my wine when I pick up my order?

No, Pick up orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

How long do I have to Pick up my order?

You must collect your order within 7 days of being notified that it is ready for Pick up. Orders not collected after this time may be returned to our cellar in the Barossa Valley and re-delivered at your expense.

Can I change or cancel my Pick up order?

No, all orders are considered final once placed. If you need help with your order please contact our Wine Advisors on 1800 500 260 during opening hours.

Can I return my Pick up purchase?

If you need help with your order please contact our Wine Advisors on 1800 500 260 during opening hours. Under no circumstances can a purchase from Cellarmasters be returned to a BWS store.
