Pandora's Box Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc 2016 The cool climate Adelaide Hills is renowned for its wines and is one of the best regions in Australia to grow Sauvignon Blanc. This super-crisp drop serves up classic Sav Blanc flavours of fruit salad and gooseberries, with hints of lemon and cut grass. Makes a magnificent pairing to fresh goat's cheese.
Hawkesbridge Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2015 This wine shows the classic Marlborough characters of passionfruit, gooseberry and cut grass on an exceptionally elegant, crisp palate. The fruit is well supported by a pristine line of acidity that carries the flavours long into the aftertaste.
Optica Blue Pattern Coonawarra Shiraz 2015 Award winning winemaker, Neil Doddridge, works very closely with local vignerons to source small parcels of fruit to craft wines reflective of their unique terroir. This classic Coonawarra Shiraz displays the fragrant red berry fruit and spice characters that have helped make the region famous.
Tolley Regional Adelaide Hills Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot 2014 Tolley's famous Cab-Merlot blend is a perfect example of a top quality cool climate, Adelaide Hills red. The lifted cherry and dark berry flavours make it an ideal partner for Italian-styled meatballs and pasta.
Hogs In The Woods Fleurieu Peninsula Shiraz 2014 South Australia's Fleurieu Peninsula encompasses the world-renowned wine regions of McLaren Vale, Langhorne Creek and Currency Creek. The reds from the region are powerful and intense, with wonderful red berry and spice flavours. This cracking Shiraz is a stunning example and is definitely not to be missed.
Abbey View Margaret River Chardonnay 2016 It would be a sin not to try this wine as Chardonnay is one of the premium varieties that does exceptionally well in Margaret River. Showing lifted citrus and stonefruit on the nose followed by a palate that's vibrant, fresh and shows excellent varietal stone fruit and grassy characters. The finish maintains its balance throughout the lengthy finish.

Maggies Song Barossa Valley Chardonnay 2015 Full bodied and dry, yet elegant in style, featuring melon-like fruit flavour, finely balanced and complemented by soft nutty oak complexity and crisp acidity. Has plenty of flavour and great palate length.
Pandora's Box Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 Coonawarra is famous for its Cab Sav. This Cab Sav from Pandora's Box is a stunning wine filled with blackcurrant, violet and minty notes, with subtle vanillin oak and underlying earth and tobacco characters. Delicious!
