Spinifex Esprit 2011 Distinctly mid-weight on the palate with a keen balance of fresh acidity, tannin and fruit sweetness. Flavors mirror the aromas. Bright red fruits build and gain depth to a spicy, savoury, vinous finish. Bright fruit acids and finely edged tannins give drive and freshness. Engaging and satisfying.

Mcwilliam's Jj Mcwilliam Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 The McWilliams are very proud of their family history, so for them to put JJ (John James McWilliam) on their label is a tribute to the quality of the wine in the bottle. Their JJ Cabernet is distinctive and delicious, full of flavour. It's a fantastic partner to lamb or a big rump steak, sizzling straight off the grill.

Lysander Limestone Coast Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot 2014 If you're a fan of Cabernet Merlot, this is one you should have in your collection. From the cool climate of South Australia's Limestone Coast, it's bursting with rich, smooth fruit characters and hints of spice. A lovely dinner party red with great character and presence.

Penfolds Raswons Retreat Shiraz Cabernet 2014 Deeper, darker fruits are more obvious on the palate with plums, blueberry and dark cherries. Tannins and fruit are well balanced with Shiraz providing a fleshy mouthfeel and Cabernet delivering length and structure, with varietal, chalky tannins. Dark chocolate notes linger on the finish in typical Rawsons Retreat style.

Cottonwood Grove Merlot 2015 If you're looking for an easy-drinking, flavour-filled red that will delight all your guests, this is it. Cottonwood Grove Merlot is a great example of this beautiful variety. It's lovely and soft with plenty of sweet berry and plum fruit, savoury gentle oak and soft acids. It's fantastic at a barbecue.

Caudo Olympiad Merlot 2014 This lovely Merlot comes from Joe and Christine Caudo's property, which is situated on a beautiful stretch of the Murray River, in South Australia. The property was originally a rose farm, and all the wines are named after roses. The Olympiad rose is a deep, luscious red - just like the Merlot! It's smooth, soft, sumptuous and silky ... a real beauty.
