D'autrefois Prestige Pinot Noir (6-pack) 2018
The grapes were mechanically picked, perfect to allow a pre-fermentary maceration. In the winery, the grapes are fully destemmed to keep only the fruits and vated in stainless steel tanks for the fermentation process. The wine is aged during 6 months in tank to preserve the aromatic freshness for one part and traditional Burgundian oak cask for the other part to add a touch of oak.
