Tim Adams Sweet Briar Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 "Tim Adams is one of the finest and most consistent of the Clare Valley's many wineries. The affordable prices and widespread availability of its wines do not give them the cachet that scarcity or extreme cost often delivers regardless of quality. These are true enthusiasts' wines - they're carefully and professionally made from well-managed and low-yielding vineyards, and they exemplify what the Clare Valley is all about." Jeremy Oliver, Australian Wine Annual 2013.
Hunter Collective Olsen Rosé 2017 Handcrafted by award-winning winemaker Gwyn Olsen, recipient of Gourmet Traveller WINE magazine's Young Winemaker award, this Hunter Rosé is filled with vibrant, intense fruit.
Commandeur Prestige Brut NV A deliciously aromatic French Sparkling, gently creamy and elegantly toasty, with fine, lingering bubbles.

Miles From Nowhere Margaret River Cabernet Merlot 2015 "The greatest discoveries are often made by getting off the beaten track and being happy to just 'get lost' for a while," say the good folk at Miles from Nowhere. "We wouldn't have it any other way." One sip of this lovely Margaret River Cabernet Merlot with its amazing depth of fruit flavour and long, smooth, silky finish will certainly transport you to a relaxed realm. Enjoy!
Mockingbird Hill Clare Valley Riesling 2016 Riesling is the most important grape for the Clare region and the Clare examples are some of the best the country produces. They have a tremendous ability to age - starting life in a fairly austere mode, with faint aromas of passionfruit, a touch of lime and a steely strength, then as the wine ages it develops the famous Riesling toast character and greater complexity and intensity. They can age for between 5 and 10 years, depending on the quality of the vintage.
Alkoomi Grass Tree Frankland River Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2016 This wine is named in honour of the unique trees that dot Alkoomi's vineyards. They're as quintessentially West Australian as this wine style. Alkoomi love blending Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc as it creates a delicious mix of tart green apple and citrus fruit flavours that are cut by a touch of cut grass and gooseberry fruit. Crisp acids add structure to the long satisfying finish.
Stonyfell Regional Langhorne Creek Verdelho 2015 The cool nights and warm days of South Australia's Langhorne Creek provides ripeness with balanced acidity, perfectly displayed in this medium-bodied Verdelho. It has a soft flavoursome palate with nectarine and melon flavours. Sip it with a summer's day!
Wordsmith Bed Of Roses King Valley Pinot Grigio 2016 The picturesque King Valley sprawls the upper reaches of The Great Diving Range. Here the high altitude vineyards see long sunny days and cooling nights to produce fresh, aromatic Pinot Grigio. Like lying in a Bed of Roses, perfect conditions result in character-filled wines, crafted to suit any occasion.
Santoro Terre Di Chieti I.g.p Sangiovese 2014 Andrew Caillard MW, loves the wine's "delicious cherry, plum and herb flavours", and commented that "it's an incredibly easy drinking wine, with a lovely, elegant texture that makes it so easy to pair with food." A thoroughly deserved winner of our International Wine of the Year.
Vasarelli Vineyards Family Reserve Mclaren Vale Chardonnay 2015 This rich and complex Chardonnay was produced from the ripest grapes, hand-picked and matured in oak barriques at the Vasarelli's McLaren Vale vineyard. It's a big, complex and flavoursome wine with lots of fruit and oak character. It's extremely well integrated and balanced, with excellent cellaring potential and - like most Vasarelli wines - is a great food wine.
Neil Mcguigan Signature Release Pinot Noir Shiraz 2015 Under the skilful hands of winemaker Neil McGuigan, this unique red combines the elegance and refinement of Pinot Noir with the power and character of Shiraz. The result is sublime - the palate bursts with cherry and berry fruit wrapped in a delicious sprinkling of spice.
