Palate: Firm, natural acidity carries the length of the palate but balanced by the depth of fruit. Strong citrus flavours with a spicy edge, long finish.

Background:

Fruit sourced mainly from our 38 year old Wyjup vineyard and and smaller portions from 3 other local vineyards, Hayview, Lansdale and Dave Richards vineyards all growing around Mt Barker in the Great Southern region of Western Australia.
