Nose: Lifted aromas of lime leaf, honeysuckle and freshly picked lemons.
Palate: The palate has great intensity and lively lemon and lime flavours, along with a fine line of minerally acidity giving great balance and persistence. It has the balance and potential to develop with careful cellaring.

Background:

The Eden Valley is one of Australias leading regions for producing fine, long lasting Rieslings. It is undoubtedly the most important and successful white variety produced in the region, not least because of the altitude of the vineyards in the Valley. The vines are planted at altitudes varying from 380 to 550 metres above sea level, ensuring the temperature is cool enough to let the grapes ripen slowly and retain the crisp acidity that is vital for fine, collectable Riesling.
