Nose: Very aromatic with raspberry, black cherry and dark plum notes and distinctive spicy characters typical to cool climate Pinot Noir.
Palate: Central Otagos large diurnal temperature variation - the difference between daytime and nighttime temperatures - provides ideal conditions for the notoriously fickle Pinot Noir grape. This 2010 release boasts dark cherry and plum fruit flavours supported by fine-grained tannins and a long, lingering finish.
