Nose: Lifted toasty bouquet with some ripe apple fruit characters evident.
Palate: A full flavoured sparkling wine, tinted an attractive blush pink colour, with apple-crisp fruit and some biscuity yeast lees character. Fresh clean acidity adds length and mouthfeel to the palate. Tastes more expensive than it is.

Background:

This premium sparkling wine is crafted from grapes grown on Coonawarra's famed terra rossa soils. The delightful pale salmon pink colour of this wine comes from a tiny proportion of Pinot Noir grapes included in the blend. It's a crisp, fresh and lively sparkling wine that makes an impression for its stunning looks as well as its delightfully crisp flavours.
