New Eden Vineyards Eden Valley Riesling 2010 Dry and crisp, this Riesling personifies the famous Eden Valley style (along the lines of Pewsey Vale and Henschke). It has great concentration and a fine line of acidity to keep the bright fruit flavours in check. A great asset of Eden Valley Riesling is its ability to improve with age yes, a white wine you can cellar! when it takes on deeper colour and flavours associated with honey and grilled nuts. The one thing it never loses, no matter how old, is the purity and clarity offered by the fine acidity.
