How often will I get a wine delivery?
It’s easy. Access your personal account online to manage your Wine Plan to suit your needs and changing lifestyle. Simply check the status of your Wine Plan (or Plans) by accessing your personal account online or just call the Wine Plan Hotline on 1300 550 782.
You can also change your wine case preference, skip a delivery, Increase your number of cases, change your delivery address, and so on.
Will I receive a reminder?
As soon as we despatch your Wine Plan case (or cases) you’ll receive a confirmation email to let you know your wine is on its way, and how much you’ll be charged.Payments
How do I pay for my Wine Plan?
A simple regular automatic payment is made via your credit card – you can choose a single payment or split it over three monthly payments.When will I be charged?
You’ll be charged for your Wine Plan case (or cases) within the month of despatch.
How much is freight insurance?
Freight insurance is just 1% of the total value of your order and covers you against breakages or loss.

If you do want to skip a delivery it’s important you let us know by the 30th of the month prior to despatch.

How do I stop a delivery from being sent or cancel my Wine Plan?
Remember, it’s your plan, your rules – you’re in complete control. If you wish to skip a delivery just call the Wine Plan Hotline and let us know (it’s important you do this by the 30th of the month prior to despatch).Similarly, if you wish to cancel your Wine Plan that’s easy. Because we want to make sure everything is tidied up and that you’re happy you will need to call the Wine Plane Hotline and talk to one of our Wine Advisors on 1300 550 782.

With every bottle carefully selected by our panel of experts, you’re at the front of the queue to get the pick of our wines. However, it’s your opinion that counts the most. So, if you don’t like a wine – for whatever reason – we’ll arrange a credit to your account. No questions asked. Wine buying doesn’t get ANY safer than that.
Delivery
There’s a delivery guarantee charge of a mere 1% of the value of your wine. This means your wines are fully guaranteed against breakage or loss. And we’ll replace or refund anything you order but didn’t receive.
