Guaranteed Delivery:
All wines are fully guaranteed against breakage or loss in transit. A delivery guarantee charge of 1.8% of the value of the wine will be added to your total and displayed in the checkout screen.
At the time of ordering online, you will be advised of an expected delivery time. In outlying areas, delivery will be made to your local agent.
We will replace or refund anything you order but do not receive.
Guaranteed Quality:
If you’re unhappy with a wine for any reason, you don’t pay for it. Simply let us know and we’ll arrange a credit to your account.
Guaranteed Value:
If you order a wine then see it advertised for less within 30 days, mail or fax us a copy of the advertisement and we'll refund you the difference.
