Australia’s been making excellent Fortified Wines since the 1850’s. They’re often referred to as ‘Liquid Sunshine’ because the grapes are often left on the vines for longer. And we agree. There’s nothing quite like relaxing with a nice port after an enjoyable dinner, and just letting the conversation wander.
