Blockbuster McLaren Vale Shiraz Shark’s Block Shiraz is named after the perfectly preserved fossilised great white shark tooth that was found in the original Shark’s Block vineyard. The maiden 1997 vintage won the Trophy for the Best Shiraz at the 1999 Visy Board Great Australian Shiraz Challenge, and every single vintage since has been a multi-medal winner.
