Every wine we offer has received a medal-winning equivalent score from one of our expert Tasting Panel members using Australian Wine Show judging criteria. But in the end, you’re the only judge who counts. If you don’t like a wine for any reason whatsoever, we will credit your account. It’s that simple.

We guarantee great value

If you order a wine and (heaven forbid) see it advertised for less within 30 days, just mail or fax us a copy of the advertisement and we’ll happily refund the difference.

Delivery’s guaranteed too

All wines are fully guaranteed against breakage or loss in transit. A delivery guarantee charge of $1.00 per case (for orders to $5.99 and $7.99-per case delivery zones) or $1.20 per case (orders to all other zones) will be added to your order total and displayed in the checkout screen.

At the time of ordering online, you will be advised of an expected delivery time. In outlying areas, delivery will be made to your local agent.

We will replace or credit your account for anything you order but do not receive.
